STORE COACH / TEAM LEADER, DEN HAAG –

35 HOURS/WEEK

As a Store Coach at Lager 157, you are an engaged and driven leader. The role includes acting as Deputy Store Manager when the Store Manager is not present. This means a high level of responsibility for staff, leadership, staffing, store operations, and administration.

Your responsibilities as Store Coach / Team Leader:

  • Together with the Store Manager, develop and lead the store team.

  • Lead the daily work on the shop floor and motivate the team through clear feedback and follow-up.

  • Introduce, train, and follow up on new employees.

  • Ensure that all routines are followed – including visual merchandising and daily store presentation.

  • Clearly distribute tasks and areas of responsibility to each team member.

  • Ensure that our customers receive the best possible service – every day.

  • Make the store a great place to both work in and shop at.

  • Ensure routines and reporting during the Store Manager’s absence.

  • Act as the Store Manager’s closest sounding board and coach the team.

  • Be responsible for the overall condition of the store – orderliness, replenishment, and garment care.

  • Work with KPIs, analysis, and personnel-related matters.

  • Contribute to a strong team spirit and an inspiring working environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an engaged, organized, and driven person who enjoys meeting many different people.

  • Has leadership experience and enjoys working practically close to the team.

  • Likes structure, is solution-oriented, and wants to contribute to development.

  • Is fluent in English, both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus.

  • Is at least 18 years old.

The position reports to the Store Manager.
