STORE MANAGER, DEN HAAG, 38H/WEEK

As a Store Manager at Lager 157, you are an engaged and driven leader. Together with your colleagues, you will provide our customers with the best possible service. As Store Manager, you lead and drive the store team towards set sales targets. You are also responsible for the store’s operations, service level, sales, budget, and other administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities as Store Manager at Lager 157:

• Ensure that the store is operated in line with Lager 157’s concept, values, and operating procedures.

• Lead and develop the team – continuously working with feedback and motivation.

• Be responsible for sales, KPIs, budget, and results.

• Take responsibility for the working environment of all store employees.

• Overall staff responsibility with a focus on work environment, development, and staffing.

• Plan, secure, and follow up on store staffing and personnel costs.

• Ensure the store’s visual presentation, campaigns, and seasonal activities.

• Contribute to creating the best in-store customer experience on the market.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position within retail.

• Is an engaged, organized, and driven person who enjoys meeting many different people.

• Is structured, action-oriented, and enjoys working practically close to the team.

• Is confident in decision-making and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Is fluent in English, both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus.

• Is at least 20 years old.

The role reports to the Regional Manager.
