Team Lead Customer Sales & Support
Are you a natural leader, motivated by developing both teams and customer experiences? Do you have a background in service and sales, and are ready to take the next step in your career? Then we are looking for you to join us on our journey and take responsibility as Team Lead in our Customer Support team at Lager 157.
As Team Lead Customer Sales & Support, you will be a key player in our customer service organization. You will lead, coach, and motivate the team in their daily work, ensuring that we always deliver the highest level of service to our customers – via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will play a central role in driving progress, both for the team and the overall customer experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the team in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure high service levels and a professional approach across all channels.
- Act as a link between customer service and other departments such as e-commerce, assortment, and retail.
- Monitor KPIs and work continuously with improvements.
- Drive projects and initiatives to develop processes and workflows.
- Participate in operational work when needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a team-leading role or customer service with responsibility.
- Is a communicative and confident leader who can inspire others.
- Has a strong sense of service and customer focus.
- Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys driving change.
- Speaks Swedish and English fluently.
It is highly meritorious if you:
- Have experience working in a company during a growth/expansion phase.
- Speak Finnish, German, or another Nordic language.
